It's called 'simple syrup' and many of the better bars and eateries out there provide this with not only their tea, but in many drinks that require a pure cane sugar. It's really quite nice.

We just moved here, so we haven't been too many places. We like Willie's (on 1604). The food is good and there is a big sandbox for the kids to play in on the patio.
