My mother in law is looking to build a home in Del Web at Alamo Ranch. She does not think there are any other 55+ single family communities in San Antonio. I don't know of any, do you?

There's Rosehart just outside 1604 on Bulverde Rd. I think this was a Sitterle development. Don't think they are building new homes, maybe, but I don't think so. Probably some pre-owned homes available. And Sitterle is a good builder.

Live in Del Webb...LOVE IT!!!

Would highly recommend your mom come on over and join us in the fun and games.

It is like being in a college sorority or fraternity minus the homework!

Been here 5 months now and the ONLY regret we have is we did not do it sooner!!!

P.S. VERY strong and active UNO's group if it is just your mom. She will have the opportunity to do everything the community does AND the benefit of the UNO's special trips/events/etc. So many of our single friends here feel that this is the only way to go.

as mentioned - rosehart. If looking for a new home, Sitterle is building a similar product line a bit further up the road called Campanas. Its at TPC parkway and Evans. Really good looking homes.

Those are the ones that come to mind immediately. Not quite del webb, but similar. Plus you aren't dealing with Pulte (builder of Del Webb homes).

I found out it's spelled Roseheart, not Rosehart as I posted earlier.
