Probably Lake Elsinore of those cities. Outside of that list Victorville, Apple Valley, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, Banning, Beaumont would come to mind. Corona & Temecula aren't that inexpensive by IE standards

I would say don't rule out Menifee either. Menifee is an up and coming city which, in my opinion is going to be as built out as Temecula, with many of the amenities that Temecula offers today but on a slightly smaller scale. With the economic down turn or slump, businesses and new home construction are slowly coming back to Menifee.

You can still find homes about 2000-2500 sq feet under 300,000. They homes are older, but older for Menifee is built 1989 to 2001, and the homes would be smaller. The home site realtor dot com is a good site to check out the area or to get about a median prince rage of a home or rental you are looking for, check out zillow dot com as well.

From the cities the OP mentioned I'd say Lake Elsinore. Over all I'd say Muscoy/Muscupiabe.

-Cheers.

San Bernardino, Rialto, Grand Terrace, Perris, Moreno Valley, Highland...basically, anywhere with a significant ghetto population.

Banning and Beaumont. I just moved from there(big mistake) and it was very inexpensive. Many years ago, I would have never set foot there, but they have really changed. Banning has it's own, city utility company. Water, electric, sewer and trash is all together and very cheap. I didn't realize it until I left.Beaumont is really booming. If you are under a certain income level they give you 20% off the electric and Socal gas gives 20% off.
