Just buy in Cooley Ranch, Grand Terrace, or Loma Linda.

Or North Rialto off N. Riverside Dr, just Southeast of the 15 freeway. Very nice neighborhood there and lots of open space to the North.

Regular Rialto = hit and miss, as is regular Fontana.

There are some great areas in San Bernardino (near the university), in N Rialto (near Riverside Ave - as Fontucky recommended), and you may even want to consider N Fontana. I am an agent in the area, so if you would like a list of available homes/prices, I would be happy to gather some information for you. Send me a direct email and I can get it to you right away.
