This all depends on what part of French Valley you are looking at. Some nice track homes have been built over the last few years. If you drive down some dirt roads, you can still find some nice upper class horse farms. Close to Temecula and the I15 and all the good and bad that brings.

airplane noise is pretty minimal. we came from orange county and planes into john wayne and long beach are constant. planes into french valley are small and don't bother us. i find it kind of neat actually.
