It's just funny b/c My teacher told me that the I.E. is one huge ass Suburb of LA. Do any of you agree?

Maybe parts of it, but it's also rural and has plenty of its own business and industry.

A lot of people are moving there from Oc and LA county b/c it's cheaper, The I.E. is huge but the only problem is that there's no Main City to make the region. Some say Riverside,San Bernandino, Ontario, if the I.E. is going to be the second largest metro in Ca it needs a Main city.

No matter why people are moving there, it is to far removed from Los Angeles to really be a suburb. I don't think not having a Main city is a problem, I don't really see any problems with IE except maybe smog. I just do not consider it a burb at all.

La gets bashed enough for it's sprawlness, The I.E. is already so Spreaded out, and there no Main city as its Center. That place is growing,I believe the 5th fastest in America, There needs to be a main city, The I.E. is estimated to have 7-9 million people by 2030(somewhere along there), and all that pop would be in spread out.

Exactly I used to live in Perris,it only takes me 30 mins to get to OC. I'm already in the LA metro!

There should be a main city I would agree, but is IE part of the L.A. burbs, I way no. I guess it depends on where in the IE we are talking about. Where does Inland Empire really start? When I think of getting from anywhere in the area to Los Angeles, I think of the civic center and normal rush hours.
