I have been searching for new homes in Rancho Cucamonga and realized that homes below Foothill Blvd are priced very low compare to the ones above the Foothill Blvd.
Is this a bad sign? Is below Foothill Blvd unsafe?

I believe foothill blvd is the imaginary line between older homes and newer homes. It also seems that the older neighborhoods have more crime. I was wondering the same thing because I am looking for a place in Upland..

Yes, it is not a good idea to go below Foothill
In RC, you try Etiwanda, located in the north east section. Paying more brings you security and stability. Oh, avoid Lemon & Haven though its above Foothill. You will see a lots of activity around there .
