We recently had a baby and she is 8 months old now. We were wondering if you knew about any play groups in College Park or in preserve (Chino or Chino Hills). My baby is in a stage where she needs to meet with other kids and socialize. Please let me know if you have any other ideas.

Hi rammi43,
How's it been? hope all's well. The City of Chino actually has a youth program from birth to 5 years old called the TYKES (Training Young Kids for Early Success) program.

Chino Valley School Readiness TYKES Program

It helps with parents and kids to get them ready and through the first five years prior to school. If you have the time, I think it looks to be a pretty good program and one of the programs that helped Chino become one of the top 100 best places for youth

Other than that, the Preserve has a Kids Club, but the club mainly has kids that are older than 1 years old... I'm not too sure about other clubs, but you can probably check out Yahoo Groups or Google groups too.

When I go to the park with my daughter, she usually finds quite a few kids to play with and it's a great way to meet some neighbors. Look for other mommies/dads with strollers

Hope this helps...

Hi Chuck,

Thank you for the information I will go through the web site. So far it’s going good in college park.
