It was pouring here at 5 PM and I was cozy in my house with beef stew on the stove top. So glad I'm retired. Otherwise I would have just been starting my drive home.

Its been pouring in Lakeside for about an hour straight. Its quite loud now.

I thought they were just exaggerating, but this rain today has been really good.

Today's downpour is such a welcomed relief, and it's not done raining yet...I don't think anyone needs reminding but last I checked, its been 9 months since we've seen rain this heavy across the county!

A little rain is always nice, funny when my kids started singing - rain, rain go away, little children want to play...(remember this tune?), I had to tell them to let it rain for once

first cloudy say in SD since ive been here a month ago. omg its so cold...it was like high 64F today and low 56F and I can't stand it!!! omg, I don't know how I survived so many years in the northeast. I cant wait for it to be sunny again tomrw so I cant lay out by the pool

That's what our winter ( 64/56f )going to be like rxglasshalffull. Sounds great to me.
