Saw this today.

Another great reason to hate California. Turn your neighbor in to the CHP.

All while THOUSANDS of illegal persons are flown in for free given medical care a place to stay a drivers license and a starter home

.....and they pay N O T H I N G

That's some Bull@#it
This state never seems to Amaze me with their constant Mafia Shake down tactics

Edit:
Another thing i learned growing up in California is that, Native California are Snitches by nature. They will call the police on you if you leave your RV park in front of your house too long. It didn't always use to be like this, your neighbor would just come over and talk to you.

Good luck enforcing this in a town so heavily-populated by active-duty military.........

I was a "cheater" for four years. I kept my Texas plates and drivers licence while living here from 03 to 07. I saved myself several hundred dollars in registration and smog fees as it costs so much more in California. Also, in the two times i got pulled over by the police I acted like a lost tourist and got off with warnings.

Would I do it again? Probably as my new truck's reg fees are ridiculously expensive but I'm not going back to live in Texas anytime soon.

California hates it's citizens and sees them as a funding source.

Um, I guess I'm the only one who thinks this is a good idea and doesn't appreciate people who move here, drive on our roads, and yet refuse to register their vehicles here and share in the cost of maintaining the roads, etc. Military personnel are of course exempt from this, but I doubt all the Arizona, Utah, Washington and countless other out-of-state plates I see around here are serving our country.
Welcome to the Golden State. We're glad you came for the weather. Time to pay up.
