I think that the issue would be corn syrup which is in regular Coke? What's in Diet Coke that wouldn't be Kosher for Passover?

Plus now, with kitniyot being approved as ok by the Conservative Rabbinical Assembly, even corn is ok. I guess which movement and level of observance depending of course.

It's not so much the ingredients as the processing for a lot of kosher products. Personally I just keep ingredient kosher so I don't need the Rabbi seal of approval. But a lot of people want to be sure there is no potential for any "contamination", like a plant employee having a ham sandwich for lunch. Or the equipment having been used for a non kosher product without an approved cleaning process. [CENTER]SaveSaveSave[/CENTER]
