If the masses were taught to think on their own the growth would be phenomenal.... Every person has the potential to explode their income and life. Expand your thinking people... If the math on the mortgage isn't working for you my hope is that you figure out how to expand the math!

You are not limited by your W-2. Grow yourself and grow your income. This is the last correspondence you'll read from me so take it for whatever that means to you. Every single person has the God given ability to be the amazing creature that you were designed to be.

Good LUCK to you guys. Enjoy AZ.

Houston is the same way ~ I just think it depends on what part of town or neighborhood its in or maybe when they were built because when I lived in Houston for 3 years, our garage was around back, similar to this one: https://www.realtor.com/realestatean...6_M74130-28596

Encinitas is my family’s favorite place. I feel so much better when I’m near the ocean & we’d love to move somewhere near Encinitas. We are living in La Quinta now & it’s just not for me (grew up in MO, moved here from NM recently). Anyway... also how in the world does the “common” person afford a home anywhere near San Diego? I honestly can’t comprehend it. My husband is going to online engineering tech school now & caring for our two sons (so we don’t have to pay daycare). I just can’t understand how even with 2 incomes, how do people do it? Even just for a condo in San Marcos I’m seeing $470,000 +, then you add on insurance, etc. I’m doubting that the wages come close to making up for the extra cost. Geez!
Anyway, nurses or anyone knowledgeable about this can you tell me the hospitals that pay the most? (Here I’m called off constantly).
I want to live somewhere where the common person... teachers. nurses, police, can afford a home for their families so I might just need to forget about the whole thing.
There are a million places that have beaches that aren't over inflated. Coastal Texas being one.

Personally, politically speaking I wouldn't live there (California) if someone GAVE me a half-million dollar condo.
