That's not how it works. And that's not how it should work. Some annoyed or angry police officers would arrest anyone who even disagreed with them. The District Attorney is the one who files the charges.

I am up in LA, lived here now more than half my life so I was here for the 1992 riots, I worked in South Central and lived in Hollywood...oh the luck of the Irish. I had a concern even before we were in lockdown but in the waiting in line to get into Vons phase that I hope we see repeat of 92, due to just frustration, I did post this in April on the LA Forum, some only think people riot about race..Well not true. But that isn't the point,

Now this is not all Americans, but enough; add those who are clueless.and look at our country today.

Well this past weekend the Fairfax district was looted and burned for the
SECOND time starting around 11pm. LAPD Chief Moore was on TV at around saying the LA was under a curfew starting at 8pm. You would face arrest if you were out on the street.

What was shown was surreal. Cars pulling up to stores and just looting,telling the male reporter "don't film
my license plate"..wow. No LAPD in site. Now this wasn't like 92 where you had it starting at several spots.]at once,This was the only area,and no police.

They were driving like bats out of hell, the female reporter who was clearly frustrated again said where is the LAPD. Well enough residents of LA have had more than enough of Moore and our putting whatever differences they may have and unite to get him out. This isn't the only reason,

This country is on it's last legs, and this extreme division played a huge role in it .In 1992 I was only out of college a few years,in the years I did my share of volunteer work which included two political campaigns, not bragging just the truth, you and others here have most likely done so as well.

Well when I saw some of my fellow Angelinos at the Garcet;s house and even more at City Hall in 97 degree h'weat to boot and heard the Zoom meeting demanding Moore resign. Well I am on board for that.'

But this over the top, after what has occurred over last few months, And people still think act this way?

They are "paid anarchists". I saw on KCBS in LA last Saturday, the ones throwing the rocks and bottles were with the exception of one black guy, white and in their 20s.

Their sole purpose is to go in and destroy and to hopefully get the crowd going to make it worse. They're worse than the looters, but you're not doing the black community any good, and they will tell you that by being so PC. There are 3 types of groups, the peaceful protesters, criminals who take advantage in the chaos), and the worst one paid terrorists who are there to destroy, and than hoping the blame will be placed on those who started the cause and create even more division in this country,.

Exactly! A deflection. The thing is it makes the individual look like they're insane. Because regardless of any topic when someone deflects to change the topic, and their change is always the same one, it's beause they really don't have anything close to a response that would be somewhat logical.
