. I graduated in the early 80’s, but like volosong, I was pretty dug into my studies and supporting myself. I do remember the sky shows, but never attended one in the stadium, watched them with my friends from a hillside above the stadium. I don’t even know which hillside it was, being in an altered state during most of it.

I get/got free tickets for padre games/charger games. Most times we'd tailgate and if we were getting smoked early on we'd just stay and party. Beer is cheaper in the parking lot No one wants to watch a team that sucks.

We were there at the same time! I graduated in December 1982 with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Geography.

I graduated 1990 but as luck would have it my degree instantly became useless because the place I worked at already tossed me into their IT department and it was back to school again for various programming certs.

I can turn around and see it being taken down as we type. Right now, only about 20% of the building is left.

One of my coworkers has been posting pictures of it every day. He wanted to buy his season ticket seats, but didn't have anywhere to put them, so he passed on them.

It's coming down pretty quickly, and soon there will be nothing left of it.
