An unfortunate incident but not much can be done if someone comes at you with a weapon.

Community activists are raising questions about a law enforcement shooting that killed a woman suspected of stabbing a San Diego police officer.

Members of the Alliance of Chinese Americans San Diego say they want answers from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. They say the death of Dr. Yan Li earlier this month at her Little Italy apartment was avoidable.

Why is it hard to understand that if you attack police with a weapon they will shoot you?

Wasn't this the squatter trying to live there for free? Sounds like the cops were there a lot. Don't stab cops, bad idea that always ends very bad.

Looked like a "good shoot" to me...

More importantly, I saw A LOT of mistakes by the deputies and officer.

This is GOING to be used for training, that's for sure.

This quote" I started to have questions,” Rickard said. “First, I’m thinking, this is the police officers serving a notice to evict. How can it end up Dr. Li dead?”

How? Because this wasn't just an eviction notice, it was a stabbing. And as someone already said, don't stab the cops.
