I will be moving across the way from the Chargers Stadium to the La Mirage apartments July 25th, 2009. I toured the area a few weeks ago on a vacation out there and fell in love. Anyone have any thoughts about moving so close to the satduim during the football season? Will traffic be too annoying to handle? Anyone lived there? Anyone currently live there??

The place is amazing and it seems to be close to just about everything...

Thanks!

Zach

We actually live west of the stadium off of Friars. After the game there is some traffic but before and during there really isn't any since everyone is at the stadium tailgating. That's the time my boyfriend and I go and run our errands. It is definitely a great area. We love Mission Valley.

We probably was there at around the same time, but I opted not to move there. From people in this area, on game day, you can get around the traffic easily by just traveling against the flow...haven't experienced it yet, so we'll see.

The La Mirage is like the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas during the summer. Just make sure you invest in a car alarm.

LOL......is it still like that? My friend lived there about 4 years ago and it had the same atmosphere. Lots of young, pretty people back then (including a few Charger Girl cheerleaders)...don't know how it is now.

This place is safe and in a good location.

I have a couple of coworkers who live there. They all like it. If you are young and single with a couple of bucks to spend, check it out.
