Hi it's me again Jason. I was wondering, if I'm not into church or the bars or casinos, where else can I meet people here in El Cajon/East County? The only places I can think of are: the mall, tattoo parlos- I need to get my first tattoo, the gym, and just around the neighborhood-neighbors, etc.

maybe try a club or group that interests you. If you play sports there are a lot of adult sports leagues around SD, like Vavi.

You can try doing a general search for "social club" in San Diego. Or if you have specific interests like religion then search for that. I don't belong to any clubs or social groups but I know they are out there and seem like a good way to meet people.
