Hi it's me again Jason. I was wondering, if I'm not into church or the bars or casinos, where else can I meet people here in El Cajon/East County? The only places I can think of are: the mall, tattoo parlos- I need to get my first tattoo, the gym, and just around the neighborhood-neighbors, etc.

Any other ideas or tips or advice?

Thanks.....

Jason

maybe try a club or group that interests you. If you play sports there are a lot of adult sports leagues around SD, like Vavi.

Actually, I was born and raised here in the East County area. Went to West Hills h.s. graduated from there class of 1995.

But then I became real religious and even went to a chrisitan college out here in el cajon for a few years and then lived in mexico diong charity/church work for over 7 years or so. Then I just moved back here to El Cajon about 4 years ago or so. And I'm 32 and single right now. But other than co-workers, I haven't made friends at all here since I've moved back.. I like going to the river and desert but I have no toys and my family is not into that stuff, they never were, lol... So I want to come out of my shell as they say. But where can I find those groups that you were talking about?

You can try doing a general search for "social club" in San Diego. Or if you have specific interests like religion then search for that. I don't belong to any clubs or social groups but I know they are out there and seem like a good way to meet people.

Try this site to search for groups: Do something, Learn something, Share something, Change something - Meetup.com

Or the local yelp: Social clubs San Diego | Yelp
