Is there any SD postoffice open late on Thursday to mail out tax forms?
I'll e-file next year.

The main post office on Midway Drive (Point Loma) is normally open late on April 15.

It will be easy to find. There will be a trail of cars backed up onto the freeway all the way to the post office drive through. If you can get your taxes done before 4pm, you will be far better off going to a local post office and standing in line or dropping it off there. And if you don't owe money, it really doesn't matter when your tax return is postmarked.

Just stamp the envelope with an April 15th date using Stamps.com or a PitneyBowes machine. The automated date stamp is your 'proof of mailing.'
