I don't know what this has to do with this thread or your lack of value on human life, but I have no problem walking down my street outside the gates. As I walk outside the gates, I pass by a small dog park, followed by a luxury apartment complex, across from a glass office park, followed by luxury town homes and finally HWY 101 lol. I thought I'd set the record straight since you continue to bring this up. To get back on topic, one of the things not mentioned is that the building of new academies totally depends on whether all three incoming councilmen agree on spending the little surpluse Oakland has towards that goal, nothing has been finalized.
