I followed Len's show from 810 am to 910 am. He was the only reason I listened to 910. I noticed they no longer have him. I searched on the net and found he was fired a few days ago. Now there is Gil Gross for 4 hours. I can only listen to that guy for so long. For those who follow him he now has his own podcasts.
Is this a trend on all radio stations to cut talent?

Gosh...I LOVED that guy when he was on KGO...I had no idea that he had even been hired on another radio station! I have the same feeling for Gil Gross, btw (while at KGO). Too "sad sap" and patronizing perhaps? I guess I'm just "old skool" now! Don't have the time/or effort for listening to things that I have to download or figure out!

Apparently KGO is not doing any better now and has been seriously struggling financially just the same after firing a load of interesting (and perhaps even not so interesting personalities). Sadly, the way of even the radio is falling away!

I LOVE that he was married to an Irishwoman! She probably put him in his place all the time! Brought him back down to Earth, and often!

So I listened to his last few podcasts.
Did you know his wife is related to Jon Favreau? He was on Len's first Podcast. It's kinda cool. No commercials or censorshipp of language.
You can subscribe to his podcasts on iTunes.

I like Len a lot.

KGO sadly has gone to the crapper.

I contacted Len's firm some years ago and they were able to give me some valuable (free) advice so I thought that was great!

Me too. I actually hired him and his firm did a good job. If any of you have elderly Parents it would be wise to talk to him about protecting assets. He saved me 100's of thousands-no lie.
