Haha what brutal summer? Oakland has the most pleasant climate in the Bay Area.

Fyi: Cool+Sun > Cool+Fog

And parts of the Peninsula are prestigious but San Bruno and environs are NOT.

I think it overpriced but I remember when temescal was crappy
Maybe they are hoping this area will be the next temescal
This sold for $1.1 million four months ago in temescal

Eureka ca and Miami fl are similar in price but eureka has cool weather, no jobs, and crime. Like I said the fog price bonus
