As you think about your shelter-in-place and going out for exercise, the following article might inform your thinking.

Thanks for sharing, R.E.
I did not see any specific mention of exercise going out (read quickly so may have missed it), except maintaining social distancing, if you can pinpoint where in article it informs on that?
Related, if escalate to lockdown, I read that Some global cities have allowed dog walking to allow dogs to take care of their business?

Weblink copy/paste any sources to answer question. Thank you.
No traveling. Just walk in your neighborhood. No crossing county lines.

Marin County has closed parks because so many people have traveling to those parks.

What about driving to work? I live in SF but have been asked about picking up shifts in San Rafael.

I assume they don’t have the bridges patrolled and such, but haven’t tried to cross the GG since this all started.

We obviously broke the rules a few times when we just went 840 miles to our “hunker down” spot.
I didn’t give a “you know what” until we arrived at a couple of different state lines and then I was a bit concerned.
We actually had a plan saying we were just going home.
I’m glad we did not have to this.

Do you have an essential job? If so travel to work as needed. Otherwise stay home!

Great! Medical field, take shifts to help out other docs on occasion, so looks like should be fine. Thanks!
