I mean I make $16 an hour in Denver as a local truck driver. My rent is $700.I imagine this apartment (1BR 600SF) in SJ would cost me $1100? So couldI expect a higher hourly rate in San Jose for the same job? None of theemployment ads for truck drivers have the pay rate included.

San Francisco has the highest hourly wage. San Jose has the highest salaries. However, you can still expect the wages in San Jose to be higher for both. I don't know the exact figures though.
