Will be in the East Bay and South Bay this Sunday. Wondering if someone can recommend a good place to watch the final game. Anywhere in Union City, Miliptas, Fremont, San Jose (if not too far south), Cupertino, Santa Clara, Mountain View will do.
Looking for a restaurant with several big screens, tables to sit down, and friendly atmosphere (will be with girlfriend and her female friends, so not too rowdy crowd). Food quality not that important but the TV must be at least 70"+ (projector to wall even better) and good viewing angle.
A place similar to Tiernans in SF will be perfect.
Any recommendation greatly appreciated.

Biggest screens + soccer atmosphere would be at Britannia Arms in Cupertino and Almaden (Almaden Expressway, San Jose). Double D's in Los Gatos has lots of HD monitors. Ricky's in San Leandro is a football place, but should be showing the match on their projector screens. O'Flaherty's, Britannia Arms and the Old Wagon Saloon in downtown SJ will have it on as well.

Of course, while that game is on Sunday, there is also the Earthquakes vs. L.A. Galaxy match at Stanford Stadium Saturday night. 50,000 sellout, but tickets can be found around the web, or in front of the stadium. Good weekend to get your soccer fix.
