I have a house on the peninsula built in 1920 with the original windows. I'm trying to decide if it makes sense to replace the windows with (vinyl or wood) double pane windows. The windows are pretty big. I have considered paying someone to make custom window screens or storm windows. The only problem is, I can't find anyone to do the work. Does anyone know of a local company that still does this sort of thing?
