The Santa Fe Landlord & Tenant Hotline: is it worth the money?
On there website they said that it's cost $20 for get there help when you are a tenant.
You can see different cost on the website of the Santa Fe county here:

Exactly the person ask $25 per call to the hotline if you are a tenant.

On the website they said that they give information about Federal, State, and Local law.
Is this information are available freely somewhere?
Why it's needed to paid for have this public information?

Santa Fe, NM - Official Website - Landlord & Tenant ResourcesOn the state's website, there is a toll-free number for free information. Hopefully they can give you the information you need.

The number is maybe toll-free, but they ask you to be Credit Card Ready for paid them.
