Hi, I understand your statement and I believe you.
But just to counterbalance it : I live in the exact same area (San Miguel county and I work in Mora county).
2021 and 2022, no snow after end of march, and winds obviously we had them, but nothing that prevented me of going outside (ok I'm in my thirties but still, almost everyone can manage this unless you don't like wind at all). And the wind is almost never "constant" like I would say in Florida, where it's all day and night long. Obviously there is also probably a little difference in just a few miles, like in Mora/Pendaries plateau or in the canyons (Canoncito).
In summer we don't have wind at all, like at all (and it's a problem for the storms). And in the winter it's pretty rare.
