Hi!
My boyfriend and I are moving to Sarasota around New Years from out of state and are unable to visit first...After searching up, down, and sideways I have found that Citation Club on Palmer Ranch has everything we want/need. I've read several negative reviews though so I thought I'd open it up to you guys to see if you could share any information on this rental community/neighborhood. And any Sarasota information you'd like to share as well! Thanks in advance!

My wife and I lived there a few years back. It isnt bad for the money. You might also want to check out Bella Vino. Its just a little bit nicer and newer.

WOW! Bella Villino is gorgeous! It's a little more than I was hoping to spend but if it's worth it then I may be willing to lease with them...anybody have any experiences they can share about BV?

Apartment ratings .com should have info. It is a very valuable site. Just keep in mind some people complain about a complex in a less than forthright manner because they are angry their unreasonable demands were not met .
