Ok, I need some suggestions...AGAIN!!
I'm transferring with my company to Sarasota and I am trying to narrow down some complexes to schedule appointments at when I come down to visit in October. (The actual move won't be until March-April 12') I am looking into Applegate Apartments, Timberchase at Sarasota Bay, and possibly Timberlake Apts as well. Does anyone know if these are safe, decent places? Does anyone have any suggestions (specific names) of places that aren't disgusting. Keeping in mind that I do have a dog and a budget of under $750 (unless utilities are included). I have looked at the Stringer Management and Casey Realty websites; there hasn't been any updates in months, and Casey Realty seems to only list already rented units. Any help would be awesome! I've been using apartmentratings.com as a tool, but can't decipher what reviews have been left by actual tenants and what was posted by management. Thanks to all in advance.

I'm transferring with my company to Sarasota and I am trying to narrow down some complexes to schedule appointments at when I come down to visit in October. (The actual move won't be until March-April 12') I am looking into Applegate Apartments, Timberchase at Sarasota Bay, and possibly Timberlake Apts as well. Does anyone know if these are safe, decent places? Does anyone have any suggestions (specific names) of places that aren't disgusting. Keeping in mind that I do have a dog and a budget of under $750 (unless utilities are included). I have looked at the Stringer Management and Casey Realty websites; there hasn't been any updates in months, and Casey Realty seems to only list already rented units. Any help would be awesome! I've been using apartmentratings.com as a tool, but can't decipher what reviews have been left by actual tenants and what was posted by management. Thanks to all in advance.
