I have two condos in Punta Gorda and considering remodeling the kitchens and bathrooms, including tiling of the entire condos.
Does anyone know of a "one stop" provider that is trustworthy to do a good job in my absence?
Thanks in advance. Any suggestions are welcome.

I need one too. My ac recently caused soem popcorn to come off. I fixed it but it's apparantly outdated...

I just did a bunch of research online. Older homes, early 80s and older have a possibility of asbestos contamination. Apparently there are home test kits you can get.
One to three dollars per square foot seems to be the going rate for removal. Refurb is extra.
Florida humidity makes it common for popcorn to fall off, especially in the garage like mine. Taking it down is messy and time consuming but not out of the question for DIY. Refinishing them takes more skill.

Has lots of references too and a member of the BBB. He quite often does work for customers while they are gone, usually snow birds. He works in all of Charlotte County and southern Sarasota County. I use Mike Rincks Handyman and Repair 941-628-3301, for all of my rentals. Many of my investors use him as well. He can do just about any job and his prices are very reasonable.
