Although the last time I went I had this guy who just bought a set of timbales at a garage sale. He could not find the beat if it killed him and he was so loud. I had to move to the other side of the circle just to be able to hear. I was wondering if they were having the Nokomis circle on Saturday night, Christmas Eve. Maybe I will throw the drum in the car anyway. Maybe Sunday night too.

I agree, I much prefer the Nokomis drum circle to the Siesta one. Davery if you're out there a lot I'm sure I've seen you and just didn't know it was you. I'm usually with a pack of skim boarding kids in the daytime and we mosey over to the drum circle when the sun is going down.

No, I still have the pesky work thing in Ohio. We usually come down over Christmas, sometimes Thanksgiving, Spring Break and then all summer. I'm going to pack my drum and head down that way Saturday.
