This is the crime that has not been prosecuted and is continuing to cause problems for homeowners/home buyers

instead of having these mortgage companies/banks paying fines as hush money, the states need to go to war with them and put presidents, boards of directors in jail and assess damages that hurt...

Just another reason why none of these banks should have been bailed out. This county needs to stop rewarding crooks.

I know a lot of people that have been hit hard by the foreclosure process. If you've ever witnessed how rocketdocket worked you would cry. There's a guy that goes to the courtrooms and and reports what goes on from inside of the Sarasota/Manatee judicial system.

I hear it all the time "Well YOU should have paid on time, shame on you" but there's really more to the story. I know a lot of husbands that have just "given" up and are in really bad spots because of this mess.

check this site out, it could save your home.

Notes from Foreclosure World

Sometimes, your foreclosure rests on the mood the judge is in! Sad but true.

I have seen both sides. I have worked with all of these banks for years. I learned when I was 20 years old and was turned down for a car loan but given a house loan the same year. Bankers are just crazy. Since then I have paid cash for everything I buy. Which buy the way is usually foreclosures from these banks. I learned young that greedy bankers always fail. I have dealt with all of these large banks over the years and many times my offers have been turned down only to sell to another person for way less. Most of the loans are government backed so it doesn't matter to these banks what they sell them for I guess.Because we the tax payer gets stuck with the bill. Yet they get bailed out and the poor homeowner gets the shaft. I think the bank and the homeowner should take the loss for all of this fraud going on in this country. Not all of the tax payers.
