Not all Realtors do property management, but any Realtor can list a rental for you. You would want to select an agency that has property management services if that is what you are looking for. Here are a couple of recommendations, but there are plenty out there to choose from:

Seasonal demand for rentals is always good in Sarasota, especially Palmer Ranch. I would suggest renting for 6 months PLUS 1 day in order to avoid having to collect and pay the 6% state of FL sales tax on your rental, which is frequently referred to as a "bed tax."
