i heard sprinkling the borax under appliances works too.

joeyddog - NYC had German Cockroaches. BELIEVE ME you'd rather have these big suckers! If you see 1 german cockroach you can bet there are a million. You know the old "flick on the lights and see them scurry" gross! If you see 1 american cockroach it is what it is, you kill it and it's done with!

This is where I get my stuff. This guy sells the stuff that the pest company's use.
He is very knowledgeable.
I follow the directions and use a pump sprayer, being very careful.
Rubber gloves, safety glasses etc.
We have only found a couple of dead ones in the past year and a half. no live ones

Remember, it doesn't matter how clean or dirty your home is or how good your pest control, you are still going to get cockroaches~

I use Macys. They state it is organic and nothing harmful to animals outside or in. I think its Diatomaceous earth mixed in a gel. They also spray something and put something granular around the shrubs and perimeter. I have never seen a bug but have plenty of lizards, frogs and birds.
