I am looking to buy a condo that is gulf side in Siesta Key and want to know if anyone on this forum has had success renting their condos out as vacation rentals. I want to be able to visit a few times per year and rent out when I am not there. I have done some high level research but I am looking for specific examples. Name of condo property, # of bedrooms, sales price paid, gross revenue and net income after all expenses. Picking the right condo association/mgmt can really make or break an investment. I would like some examples of successes before I jump in and buy. Private message me if you don't want to share on the public forum.
