There is a neighborhood named Quail Run in south Manatee county, just north of Sarasota but I think you may be confusing it with another city as we do not have an Allison Park here.

There is a Quail's Run community in Englewood about 10 miles south of Venice. My parents have a condo there and it is a very nice community. Older units, but for the most part they have been kept up very well and the grounds and maintenance is run very efficiently. My parents love it there and have had a place there for about 10 years. Snowbirds from NW Ohio October - May. Hope this helps. I can try and get you more information if you need it.
