My wife and I toured the area a few weeks ago and while I have found my dream job we ran into some hurdles for her.

She works for the largest animal hospital in the country right now and while in Florida all we came across were small strip mall vet offices.
She is looking for the best of the best. We are looking to live anywhere from Perico Isles off Cortez over to Lakewood Ranch as my employer would be equal distant from both.

Any help is appreciated as many places we passed never really showed up in google searches. Thanks in advance

I think it might be the "best of the best" thing. Lakewood Ranch has a number of vets but who knows how good they are, at least relative to all the others?

I couldnt figure out what your question actually was. Are you looking for an animal hospital? Or are you looking for a house? Better English gives better replies!

Must be my joisey slang. I was asking for animal hospitals anywhere from a large radius of Lakewood ranch, up to cortex, out to Anna Maria island and maybe down to armands circle.

This would be an hospital and not a small vet office for general wellness visits

I couldn't understand this post below that was in another thread. I was interested, but just couldn't figure it out. Punctuation would help, as would full sentences instead of fragments.

But welcome to the area. Saw your posts on a number of threads. Glad it worked out for you.

The Animal ER of Univ. Park is good, it's small though. Hiring would be hit or miss I would imagine. They are open when all other vets are closed, and on holidays. Think 5pm to 9am and weekends. Been there twice, professional place, well equipped.
