Our water was running slower out of kitchen faucet
Seems there is BOIL WATER advisory for all of Sarasota County

No mention of what caused it or how soon it might be lifted

If you understand how old and poorly designed/maintained the total water supply/sewer system is all over southern Sarasota County including many expensive neighborhoods, you wouldn't live or build there. Most transplants NOW here don't even know Sarasota even has to buy water from Manatee County.

Manatee County definitely has better water. As you mention, southern Sarasota County is particularly bad.
