Elizabeth Moore Sarasota Open Tennis Championship at Payne Park.

FRIDAY
Music in the Park -- free music at the Riverwalk amphitheater, Bradenton, 6 - 8 pm.
Hernando De Soto Childrens Parade -- floats, bands. Starts 10 am at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto, down 15th St W to the Sutton & Lamb Parks for Party in the Park until 2 pm. Games, arts & crafts, food & drink for sale.
Stations of the Cross Observance -- 14 stations of the cross in downtown Sarasota with prayers, readings, songs. Starts at 1993 Main St at 7 am.
Music on Main in Lakewood Ranch -- street party with live music, food & drink vendors, 6 - 9 pm.
Mall at University Town Center Egg-Stravaganza -- 40,000 egg hunt thru mall & participating stores, kids safety expo, bounce houses, live entertainment, 12 - 2 pm.
Baseball: Bradenton Marauders opening home game at LECOM Park in Bradenton, 6:30 pm.
Moon Over Myakka Fundraising Concert -- live music 7 - 9 pm, gate free access starting 5 pm, bring your own lawn chairs and picnic baskets, Myakka State Park, 13208 SR 72. $25/adult, $12.50/child under age 12.
SATURDAY
Sarasota Farmers Market -- downtown at Lemon & Main, 7 am - 1 pm.
Central Sarasota Farmers Market -- corner Proctor & Beneva, 8 am - 1 pm.
Bradenton Farmers Market -- on Old Main Street (400 12th St W), 9 am - 2 pm.
Venice Farmers Market -- at the City Hall, 401 W Venice Ave, 8 am - 1 pm.
Summer Hours: 8 am - noon.
UTC Fit -- free outdoor fitness workout event, 9:30 - 10:30 am, The Green at University Town Center Mall.
Music at Hart's Landing -- free music starts at 7 pm, 920 John Ringling Causeway.
Sarasota Cars & Coffee -- informal car show, 295 N. Cattlemen Rd, 8 - 10 am.
Siesta Key Easter Egg Hunt -- moved to Siesta Key Chapel grounds for shade, kids games & activities. Egg hunt ages 1 - 6, event runs 9 am - noon. $12/child to participate.
Easter Egg Hunt at the Childrens Garden -- 12 eggs/child, special golden eggs with special prizes. Crafts. Doors open 9:45 am, egg hunt 10 am. Ages 0-2 get in free, $6/ages 3-12, $10/ages 13 & up. 1670 10th Way in Sarasota.
The Meadows Eggcellent Easter Event -- at the Meadows Country Club, 11 am - 2 pm. Bounce house, inflatable slides, activities, egg hunts.
Venice's Eggstravaganza -- Centennial Park, 10 am - noon, ages 8 & under for egg hunt, other family friendly activities.
Easter Egg Helicopter Drop -- 10 am - noon at Venice High School Stadium, 2 egg drops: Ages 1 - 6 at 11:30 am, ages 7 - 11 at noon. Bounce houses, food trucks, other activities.
Easter Egg Hunt -- Southside School in Sarasota, 10 - 11 am, 2 groups: ages 1-4, 5 & up. Free admission.
Newtown Easter Egg Hunt & Cook Out -- at the Robert L. Taylor Community Center, 12 - 4 pm.
Egg Hunt & Food Truck Rally -- Big Top Brewing, 975 Cattlemen Rd, 5 - 10 pm, egg hunt 5 - 5:30 pm, free admission.
SUNDAY
Lakewood Ranch Farmers Market -- Waterside Place, 10 am - 2 pm.
The Meadows Farmers Market -- At the Meadows shopping village off Honore, 10 am - 2 pm.
Siesta Key Drum Circle -- at Siesta Key beach every Sunday about an hour before sunset.
Polo at Lakewood Ranch -- Polo match 1 - 3:30 pm, various ticket prices. Easter Egg Hunt included this weekend.

The Ski-A-Rees Water Ski Show -- free show, starts 2 pm, 1602 Ken Thompson Pkwy by Mote.
Sundays at the Bay -- free performance by various artists at The Oval on the Bay, 4 - 5:30 pm.
Easter at the Bay -- special family friendly Easter event, 2 - 4 pm.
EASTER SUNRISE SERVICES
6:30 am - Siesta Key Beach
6:30 am - Manatee County Public Beach on Anna Maria Island
6:30 am - Lido Beach Pavilion
6:30 am - Riverwalk Amphitheater
7:00 am -- Sunrise Celebration - The Tabernacle Church, 4141 Desoto Rd, service with living nativity
