Any tips for a good CLEAN gym with lots of classes in the evening
(prefer Spinning and Aerobic-stuff). I live on Highway 70. Thanks.

There must be a Gold's out that way...you really want a gym that's CLOSE to where you live.

Take a look at Lifestyle Family Fitness on 70 (Creekwood) in the Lowe's, Bealls shopping Center. I know a few friends who like it there.

They have some gyms in this area (MD) that charge $10.00 per month. What kinda rates do they charge down there in paradise?

I go to the YMCA downtown SRQ, it's $45/month....I think I've paid about the same ever since I moved here in '91 at Westbay in NW Bradenton & Gold's when they were behind Chili's in Bradenton...
Again, it's all about proximity, you're more apt to go the closer it is to where you have to live, especially during SEASON.

I hope you're female because i go to Shapes. They have variety of classes everynight, including spin classes, aqua, aerobics, step, jump rope, kickboxing, you name it.

It is always a good idea to stay fit. There is also a womens athletic center called Curves. Do they have any of those down there? My wife used to use them too.
