After falling in love with Sarasota over 8 years ago, it looks like we are FINALLY going to be moving to the area in the spring! We will need to rent for the first year or so and we want to be near the beaches, especially Siesta Key and not too far from my husband's job just south of Bee Ridge. I found the Bermuda Apts online and the location seems perfect. We drove through the neighborhood last week and it seems really charming. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

but it looks likes it's gone condo?
