If you're in Sarasota & looking for something to do after the fireworks, one of my favorite local bands, Sheri and the Vision, will be on Hillview Ave. Saturday night. I've known Sheri since 1992 and she and her band are fabulous! Check out Big Sugar's Website for more details.
There is so much going on with the Offshore Boat Races this week, it's crazy! Boat parade on Main Street, Friday night with street party to follow. There's also the "other" party going on off 301 close to Bradenton. If you check the ads in Sarasota's creative loafting, you'll know where to go.
I'll stick close to home & do as little driving as possible, hence Big Sugar works for me. Not sure who's at 5 o'clock but that might be worth a drink as well.
