Does anyone work at WellPoint or know anyone that does? I was offered a job in their call center (yes, I accepted) through an agency and I'm just wondering what to expect.

Thanks

Congrats on your new job. I wish I had some info for ya. I remember applying with them about a year and a half ago but never heard anything back.

Worked there for 8 months and it drove me nuts. Thankfully, I have a new, better job now.

Hi Melissa, I'm in the one on one interview phase (next week) for the same job in the Chicago area. Are you still there, I realize this post is from September.

Nope, I quit. The job was way too stressful. Not sure what it's like in Chicago but here they don't have enough employees or give long enough training classes to know what you are doing. It's not my management that was an issues, it's the ones above that. They won't hire more people because they say they can't afford it.
