It's crazy how Pooler is booming right now. I wonder when will there finally be action on the south-end of Pooler Parkway. I heard a major development is to be announced sometime later this year at Pooler Pkwy and I-16.

If there is another area in Georgia outside Metro Atlanta that's growing as quickly as the West Chatham / Pooler area, I don't know about it. Seriously. The amount of development going on out there, both residential and commercial, is simply mind-boggling.

Honestly the only other areas that I can think of that are growing that fast are Columbia County and Muscogee.

It has taken four months on four turning lane upgrades along Pooler Parkway and they are still not finished. Somebody better get busy.
