I totally agree with you, but Georgia's 2nd-tier cities (all metros between 200,000 and 600,000) deserve proper consideration for big, ambitious projects like the kind that go to Mobile, Greenville, or Charleston. They are not being promoted or even considered. Only Atlanta is.
