I just wanted to know if they ever found the killer who killed a junior at Savannah State?.. I am suppose to be attending Savannah State but after reading the article I am no longer interested in attending Savannah State. Why should I have to worry about my safety while at the same time trying to get an education that I PAY FOR. Savannah is ridiculous. As nice a city as it is I wouldn't expect all of this criminal activity carrying on as it does. Now back to the drawing board.

You could always apply to Virginia Tech. Or the University of Texas. Or any of the other 22 American campuses that had shooting incidents in 2015.

I realize Savannah isn't the most crime-free city, but this country has a problem with lunatics and guns, in case you haven't noticed. I'd consider no university campus safe from the possibility. But, I wouldn't put Savannah State any higher/lower on the list than I would any other school.

Or consider Armstrong. This is however sad because I know great people that went to Sav State and I know people there and I deeply wish it would be safe like Armstrong. But what major are you interested in? That is usually what dictates where you go, whether it's here or somewhere in Oregon for example.

Thaddeus, where do you live now. Atlanta. We live with senseless killings almost every day. Don't be scared of Savannah.

If you don't mind being an hour from Savannah, you could try Georgia Southern. Our biology program is pretty big and we had a brand new state of the art lab built here a couple of years ago.
