Cat bus streetcar wrap (Savannah: to buy, discounts, cars)

Saw this CAT bus on the 100 block of E Broughton Street on Saturday afternoon and did a double take! It's wrapped to look like a street car going down the 100 block of E Broughton Street! The only words: "Street cars in Savannah. Imagine the possibilities!" Wonder who's paying for this?

That would be City of Savannah, so by extension, that would be you and me, man!

Imagine the possibilities...of investing in public transit in and out of the city, to alleviate congestion instead. For example, free parking for commuters to park & ride into the city and incentives/discounts for employers to buy transit passes for employees in bulk. That would also alleviate parking congestion at the same time. We have a streetcar for novelty by the river. If we actually did this, it would probably be more like this..
