Both Kroger and Publix need to return to Statesboro. When Walmart surpasses Bi-Lo and Food World in grocery, the market has changed.

I do not project Bi-Lo to be around in Georgia much longer.

@Carolinaknight: It was sooo many nearby property owners that turned up at the meeting opposing the rezoning. So that's why it was denied.
