Are there any more places in Savannah that do photo processing in an hour from FILM any more? Not talking prints - a lot of folks still do that. I'm talking about developing film.

I would be inclined to say drugstores like CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreen's should have that service available. Are there any independent camera and film stores in Savannah?

No. Unfortunately, all the traditional 1-hour photos have repurposed to making prints only. I don't know if they even do them from negatives. Maybe just digital.

Need 35mm film developed.

I wonder if Bay Camera Company, 4604 Habersham Street, Savannah, Georgia 31405-4213, is what you are looking for.

Hit up a SCAD student? I'd like to think they're still teaching photo majors about developing film despite the technology?

I forgot about Savannah College of Art and Design's photography department.

Photography students at SCAD are allowed to use the lab on their "own" time as I understand it. Post an ad CL "gigs". Bottle of wine here and there should do it.

Bay Camera is it. Not 1-hour, but it's in house. And affordable. Walgreens wants $13 and two weeks. These guys can develop and put on CD for $11 overnight.

Don't know much about how to get SCADdies to do some stranger's photo bidding, but it's a neat idea.
