I'm looking to see where most savannahians fall on the political spectrum. Please select which candidate you most align with, not necessarily the candidate you'll vote for. For example many people who support Jill Stein will probably vote for Clinton; same goes for Johnson and Trump on the right. Thanks

Usually, the city-data posters, even in Savannah, generally lean more progressive and blue with a few exceptions. I imagine there'll be more Hillary voters than Trump. So far, I'm right.

Well after Hillary ruined our area here in NYS, I sure as heck wouldn't want to see her elected. She was one of the WORST senators our area ever saw.

You can't expect a forum like this to be a representative sample. I actually expect Chatham County to go blue, like it always does. The city is predominantly African American. There is a large swath of blue counties running through the middle of the state (including Columbus, Macon and Augusta), and then there's Fulton and Chatham. Otherwise, things are pretty red around the state. The thing that is different this time is that upper middle income college-educated white people around Atlanta who overwhelmingly went for Mitt Romney last time around are not wild about Trump, so that's put the state into "toss-up" status. I would still be surprised if the state goes blue, though.

Yes, but Trump has offered nothing in terms of policy and has offended nearly every American. I'll be surprised if we don't go blue. Although we have one of most poorly educated population in the country, so Trump could win a narrow victory in Georgia, but certainly not Chatham county. Here's a Georgia poll, Who will win Georgia in the presidential election? - Poll

Polls are polls, and not up to you personally. You might feel like he's offended everyone, but about half the polled folks in the state see it otherwise. Georgia is a toss-up. RealClearPolitics - Election 2016 - Georgia: Trump vs. Clinton

Being heavily rural and all, my county is no doubt going Trump. There are just too many people around here who hate Hillary and the Democrats. Yeah, there are many Georgia Southern students who trend more Democrat, but they're not as active voting as the locals ar

She's probably going to end up winning, though. Her lead in most national polling has been in the double digits.

I'm actually surprised at the results, so far.

I wonder what would've happened if Sanders was still an option?

Also, more than likely the students are registered in their home county and will vote absentee.

When I was at Tech, I still voted in Chatham County.
